When not working, Rob would rather be watching the NFL Network or listening to the Sin of Our Fathers podcast or reading a book by Patrick Lencioni or John Ortberg. He enjoys traveling to places like this, this and this.

Before joining Enliven, Rob spent thirty years working at PepsiCo, moving up through a series of jobs with ever increasing responsibilities at both large Pepsi bottling organizations in the Midwest and at PepsiCo corporate headquarters in New York, all the way up to VP Foodservice Sales for PepsiCo. He most recently led and managed 155 people at PepsiCo, and he personally negotiated partnerships with major properties and brands like the Chicago Cubs, Cleveland Clinic, Kansas University, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and the State of Illinois.

Because he comes across as laid back when you first meet him, most people don’t realize that Rob is probably the most competitive person they’ll ever meet. We don’t always know who or what Rob is competing against, but rest assured that he’s competing, always. He won’t tell us, for example, why he’s seen the Broadway shows Jersey Boys twenty-two times and Hamilton seven times. But he has. We suspect that it has something to do with his old high school classmate, Bill, who just this summer bragged about seeing Jersey Boys twenty-one times and Hamilton six times . . .

Rob works out every day, sometimes twice a day, which explains why he’s so thin and fit despite his love of great Italian food and wine.

When not working, Heather likes to help her husband memorize Hamilton rap battles and dance with one, or both, of her sweet daughters. She has run this full marathon and this one, too. If it’s growing season, you can find Heather out in her backyard garden growing veggies, herbs, and yelling at the birds to get away from the flower sprouts

She was born in the North, grew up in the South, but is a Midwesterner at heart (Rockchalk!) Heather began her career in higher education, then pivoted to the business world and dove deep into human resources and administration functions of business. Relationships are central to every role she has taken on, and here at Enliven, she’s the one who makes sure your experience working with us exceeds your expectations.

After three very full years as our Director of Account Services, Heather was promoted to Healthcare Practice Leader. Hospital system executives can’t get enough of her, and it become obvious to the rest of us at Enliven that Heather has exactly the right combination of leadership skills, deep industry knowledge and business acumen to lead our flagship practice area.

Heather is caring and energetic and believes in earning your respect through hard work and staying true to her word. She also deserves an honorary degree in Googling. She believes that if you know the end goal, there are limitless resources to tap into to achieve success. All that said, she’s still not quite sure how or why her dog manages to have an instagram account.

While not working, Scott enjoys running here, cycling, traveling to places like here & here, reading, listening to this, and an occasional game of Mah Jong at his wife’s coaxing. Scott’s hobbies are far from leisurely and usually measured by a goal he has set. Scott may be one of the few people you’ve met from the great state of Idaho. His journey in college basketball led him to Texas, where he attended his alma mater, SMU, and now resides.

Scott’s 35 years at Dr Pepper began right out of college. His athletic drive transferred well into a storied career. Teamwork is at the core of his philosophy. Scott’s calm demeanor and approachable nature often belie his fiercely competitive spirit. His colleagues at Dr Pepper knew him as someone who developed close-knit, loyal teams that would push through adversity, whether in business or personal pursuits.

Above all Scott’s biggest source of pride is his family. Married for 35 years, he and his wife were college sweethearts. They have two grown children and recently became grandparents. He is excited to get a basketball in those little hands.

Don’t know a guy like that? Now you do.

Full disclosure: we think Adam might be a secret agent of some kind. He’s super nice, very smart and very normal-seeming.
